At The Treasure Hunt App, we are committed to delivering an engaging and rewarding experience for all treasure hunters. Please review our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made through The Treasure Hunt App are final and non-refundable.
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds will be issued for subscription fees, whether used partially or not at all.

  • No refunds will be provided based on dissatisfaction, lack of use, or any other personal reasons.

Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.


2. Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed immediately through our trusted third-party payment providers.
Your subscription will continue for the duration selected and may automatically renew based on your selected plan, unless cancelled in advance.

It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Failure to cancel a subscription before its renewal date does not qualify for a refund.


3. Third-Party Payment Processing

All transactions and subscription payments are securely processed via third-party payment providers.
As such:

  • We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

  • We cannot issue refunds directly for payments made through these third-party systems.

  • Any disputes or chargebacks must be initiated directly with the payment provider according to their terms.

Examples of third-party payment providers include (but are not limited to) Stripe, PayPal, or the Apple App Store / Google Play Store if used in the future.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

While refunds are not offered under normal circumstances, if a refund is mandated by law or there is a proven case of error during the transaction process (such as duplicate billing), you may contact us for review.

Granting of refunds under such exceptional cases remains at the sole discretion of The Treasure Hunt App.
