1. Use of the App

The Treasure Hunt App provides a location-based interactive treasure hunting experience where users (“you,” “your”) find and claim hidden treasures and receive rewards.

To use the App, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscription and Payment

Access to the core features of The Treasure Hunt App requires a subscription fee after signup.
Details about subscription costs, renewal terms, and payment methods will be clearly displayed within the App before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

3. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Use the App while operating a motor vehicle or in dangerous situations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, accounts, or systems.
Post or transmit any false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

You must allow location access to use the App’s core features.

Use caution when traveling to treasure locations; you are responsible for your safety.

5. Rewards and Leaderboards

Rewards for claiming treasures are virtual and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or cancel rewards at our sole discretion.

Leaderboards display top users based on activity such as treasures claimed.
Placement on leaderboards does not guarantee financial or legal entitlement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on The Treasure Hunt App including text, graphics, logos, sounds, and software, is owned by The Treasure Hunt App or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if:

You breach these Terms;
Your subscription payment fails repeatedly;
You misuse the App in any way.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting support.

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, any rewards earned, and leaderboard standings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:

The App will always be safe, error-free, or available.
Location services will be precise.
Rewards or content will meet your expectations.

You use the App at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Treasure Hunt App and its affiliates are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Injuries, damages, or losses caused by traveling to treasure locations.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App, via email, or by updating the date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
